FAQs
I work collaboratively with people who want to feel better in their body — treatment is an active, movement-based process, and you'll practice what we build together between appointments.
Video visits and mobile/house-call visits are also available — contact us for current options and pricing.
Out-of-Network Provider
I don't accept or bill insurance directly, including private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of your appointment and can be made by credit card, cash, check, or money transfer app.
HSA / FSA Eligible
Physical therapy is a qualified medical expense, so you can typically pay with an HSA or FSA card, or submit your receipt for reimbursement through your plan.
Superbills
If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill on request for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement varies significantly by plan and can't be guaranteed.
Medicare
I'm not enrolled with Medicare, which means I'm unable to provide or bill for physical therapy services that Medicare defines as medically necessary — generally, treatment required to address a mobility limitation in the home or a specific medical need.
As a non-enrolled provider, I can still work with Medicare recipients on a cash-pay basis in a few situations: if you've already completed a course of Medicare-covered therapy and want supplemental support, if you've reached your Medicare coverage limits and want additional visits, or if your goals are more about performance and overall wellbeing — like returning to travel, recreation, or activity — rather than a specific medical need.
If you have Medicare and are interested in working together, please reach out before booking so we can talk through whether that's an appropriate fit.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 16795 Lark Ave #106, Los Gatos, CA 95032, open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30AM–3:30PM.
We also come to you — whether that's your home, a local park, or an office space — and serve San Jose, Almaden, Willow Glen, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, and Santa Clara. Virtual appointments are available anywhere in California.
What are your business hours?
Appointments are by request only. Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:30AM–3:30PM. Mobile in-home visits are booked individually and subject to availability — please contact us to schedule.
What are your appointment and cancellation policies?
Late cancellations: please cancel or reschedule during business hours, at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service applies.
No-shows: missed appointments without notice are charged the full cost of the session. Outstanding late cancellation or no-show charges must be paid before resuming treatment, and missing more than two appointments may result in losing your designated weekly time slot.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. Virtual visits work well for those comfortable doing exercises independently without hands-on assistance, and are especially helpful for guidance and support building sustainable habits and lifestyle changes that promote recovery.
