Payment may be made by credit card, cash, check, or money transfer app. You are wholly responsible and liable for payment of all charges assessed for services rendered.

If your insurance plan provides out-of-network coverage, we can provide you with a superbill should you like to submit it for reimbursement from your insurance company.

You are responsible for knowing whether your insurance will provide out-of-network reimbursement for my services. I do not provide documents supporting gap exception requests or medical necessity. You understand that when filing your own claims for out-of-network reimbursement, your insurance may not cover these services, or it may consider them to be subject to lower out-of-network benefits. Working together

Are you ready to experience physical therapy with someone who genuinely cares?

  1. Book an evaluation

  2. Develop a treatment plan

  3. Start practicing, with support from your PT!

What to expect: you and I will meet individually. During your first visit I will spend time listening to you and gathering relevant information to help develop your treatment plan. The plan might include exercise, nervous system regulation, learning how to pace, hands on therapy - whatever tools seem best suited to you!

Depending on your situation, we might meet weekly for the first several visits, and then once you get in the rhythm and routine of things we can often space out our appointments once you are comfortable working more independently.

If you have vertigo, specifically BPPV, we might be meeting 2-3 times per week until it resolves, but I always try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Because I work with many people with chronic health conditions, I understand that you may be looking for someone to work with long term. This is possible! Sometimes we may meet more or less frequently, but I am here to support you on your health journey.
